True, but considering all of the conversations we have had, the son of a shipping magnate in the group, and the collective experience of our characters it's not unreasonable that one or more of our characters would have known that when we as players would have no reason to, and those types of things it's the duty of the GM to bring them to our attention.

Hacking the BoSS is a DC 40.

Where did you see that, I only saw it had a Will defense of 25 and was hostile, but I honestly don't know what that means specifically because I didn't plan on trying to hack it myself. It says it's almost impossible to add, edit or remove records, but it doesn'thave info on how to just view it.

I was wondering if it was possible to look up a similar ship so we could mask our transponder to show up as it instead.

I'm treating hackign to alter, delete or populate the BoSS Secret since there are serious authentication issues and it is also hostile -10. That is how I am getting the 40.

I think it was fine in game time, we spent one day trying to figure out if we could even find a ship, and if I remember right not everyone even wanted to buy one. We only lost one day and if we didn't get the money last night we'd still be trying to figure out how to get a ship today.

Yeah, at 500 credits a pop since I need to expediate since I don't have the requisite experience.

I think I'll wait to see what happens with Syric and Dood. I'm assuming you are going to have them roll since although they are trained pilots they both have a chance of failure...

Also you never answered my question a page or two ago about how often I can fight on amateur night...

On my spread sheet I am going to make an entry for "Aderbrent" that has company money (which is separate from personal money). This is intended towards company purchases. When you donate money to the cause (ie So Leet buying the ship) you get a share of the business. Currently and officially Arillius owns 100% of the firm with 10k contributed.

Amateur night is once a week. Tonight would be semi-pro night 1k payout, tougher competition and you'd need to show proof you have won at least 5 tournaments at the amateur level.
