I just thought the group may split and the others would go get the ship, so I was giving you a chance to go with them :shun:

I don't think Sober Syric is going to like you very much
My comment was to contact me if you were going to be bargaining for a ship. You told me to be quiet since gungans are disliked. Dood had me tag along with you. I went with it and tried to consider how a young kid might react to being told "Be quiet since people don't like your kind" after spending his life in a shetlered environment where his species was not judged. I figured he would be hurt and reacted with anger towards the one that hurt him. Poor Wailer. :violin:

And it is entertaining.

IMO, Wailer should get one for both Syric and Bulwark. Both were done in anger and qualify as major transgressions.

Should I provide a translation? I do write my dialog and run it through a translator before posting.

Naw, I think it's kinda funny that none of us understood what you were saying. It fits. Maybe more descriptions of what you do though. Like, "Wailer settles back into his chair" or whatever. ;)

Frankly, I'm OK with having a Gungan, a Lobster, and an ape escort me to do my job.

You wouldn't need to for me at least, I've been able to decrypt them to this point.

No. Do not translate. If I can figure it out they can too. They are just being LAZY.

Also because the actions had rather benign impact they do not count as a major transgression IMO. You were pretty close to one with the shop keeper and the bullyish behavior.

Good thing Dood wants you to talk to that calm and reasonable individual known as Buppo.

Good thing my tank was recently topped off. I'm thinking I've got some time before I start getting a short fuze.

Sober Syric + Calm and Reasonable Buppo = profit?

Nah, can't be, I'm thinking more like a holocaust that would make the destruction of Alderaan look like a Sith beach party

When I have characters asking for Hyperdrive class, (since this will be come a big point for both sub groups) I'm talking about the hyperdrive multiplier. So the YT-1300 are Class 2 hyperdrives, the 578-R is a Class 3 Hyperdrive. The Falcon if it existed would be a Premiere Hyperdrive since it is below 1. A hyperdrive multiplier of 1 is a Class 1 hyperdrive.

I'm looking forward to Whitey's answer, you know, seeing as how we don't have an actual ship...

Is it correct to assume that we have our commlinks synced so that we can all talk if need-be?

You had a day in hyperspace from the middle of nowhere to Mos Eisley. I assume somebody thought synching that up would be a good idea. So I'll say yes. BUT I need you to roll 1d20 to see if Wailer messed with your minds when synching up "I mean So Leet said frequency ID 334012 right? Or did he say 210433. No definitely 334012. Maybe."

JK you guys are synched.

I was going to suggest encrypting our comlinks or getting a couple Pocket Scramblers but the Bothan was in a hurry to leave the cantina.

I always treated them like cell phones when I ran games back in the day, and it sounds like Joun is doing the same...

Well other than being able to pull up pr0n on it, that's what your datapad is for
