[OOC] since there is space in Ham'mons wagon is it safe to assume he put any remaining ale barrels in it?

"I would suggest rounding down to about 30 seconds a foot, so with that would suggest something like 6 feet to give roughly 3 minutes to hightail it out of there. As anyone is able to light the rope would suggest drawing lots should we get enough people to volunteer." Stavis will then put out his hand to indicate including himself as volunteering.

[OOC correct that to something else from lots if you want Joun]

"Tony Plush would also volunteer for that duty, but he thinks that 10 feet might be better just in case Gobo's rope burns faster. We aren't in a huge hurry here so let's err on the side of caution. Additionally let's tie a small rock on the end to unsure that the rope doesn't slip out of the forge furnace while it's burning down."

As to Whitey's question, I forgot about the ale, now that I have been reminded we would be taking it and it is loaded on Wagon Centaur as it has the extra room.

As you're going along in a wagon train stavis swings a little wide and the weight of the wagon shifts awkwardly.

[rolls die behind screen]

The rear passenger side wheel ends up in a mud hole from the rain the other night.

The wagon is stuck.

Stavis slightly curses to himself in elvish, signals the ones ahead of the him to stop, and begins looks around for anything that could be used to help get the wagon unstuck.

Stavis sees the tree and collects a wide enough piece to angel right in front of the wheel to roll on giving the wheel something to have some traction on and keep it from digging a deeper rut.

[rolls botch table]

In the process of pulling the wagon it slipped and the weight caused the wheel to get a severe crack in it. The wheel is now broken and still in the mud.

Seeing the crack in the now broken wheel. "Unless I'm mistaken we do not have the means to fix a broken wheel. So that being said would suggest I and one other stay here and guard the wagon while the others continue to head back to town and get a replacement wheel and possibly a repairman."

"Ham'mon or Gobo, would one of you stay with Stavis and the wagon? We don't need Brago's good stolen a second time"

Syric looks at the wagon to try and see if there is anyway to get it off the road.

"Tony Plush would offer to stay, however Tony Plush does have a court date tomorrow to attend as well so he really should continue on to town. Tony Plush thinks that Stavis would likely be best served with Gobo staying with him while the rest take the other three wagons back to Belholt then tomorrow we can send people back with repair and or replacement materials."
