The Big one I wasn't aware of before was using cartel coins for name changes. I realize that's not preferred but could be helpful if anyone had to rename with the server transfers might need to look into what happens if you still can't get the name you want.

Anyone know how subscribers get their free name change?

My guess would be by mail.

I'm not sure when we'll get that, I believe they said we won't get our free name change for now because there was some kind of bug. We're supposed to get it later.
