Bulwark picks up his comlink from the counter and says, "No worries guys. I have it all under control." He sets the comlink back down and orders another drink from the bartender at the parsec casino.

Cuspar gets up and leaves the Cafe.

So and Eli. I need to make a personal stop. Shall we meet at the Dusty Bantha for lunch in a couple hours? In the meantime, So, can you try and track them via cameras or whatever you can? And also, do you both agree that we should buy Fandango weapons?

And as for arming Fandango, I support that thought. Especially now that Ro has gone rogue and likely hostile our job just got alot tougher, and probably more dangerous as well, having us all at full combat capabilities would be a good thing. I honestly was going to do it myself, but we left before Bulwark did and I thought he might object so I didn't get the opportunity. Especially since I was going weapon shopping anyway it seemed logical for me to take care of that at the same time."

If So wants me to stick with him I will, if not then I'm going to call Syric directly so he can either pick me up or we can meet up since I have some weapon shopping of my own to do.

Since you guys are independent for a short bit might as well go through that. I know it is a bit disjointed but we might as well make some headway here.

The shuttle to Bothuwai lands amid a pretty snowscape that had fallen over Drev'starn. The wind was tough coming in from the north. The shuttle lands and you walk into the concourse of the starport illuminated with departure and arrival signs, and terminals all over. Dood notices his brother Borssk waiting with a bodyguard.

"Greetings Dood. I didn't realize you were bringing anyone." He looks at Klak with a bit of judgment before returning to Dood. "This is just awful. Absolutely awful. Let us go to Father's estate and catch up. I have a speeder waiting."

I'm fine just a little annoyed at the total lack of cohesion and forethought the majority of this group puts into their actions. Help Syric, I can handle local pd and the terminals well enough.
gm if you can do a use computer or whatever check you want to do for me getting into the camera system. Right now concentrating on our current area and if I find nothing there I turn my attention to the likely departure locations.

The local camera network is not as widely spread as you saw on Bryx which was more developed on core infrastructure. The sandstorm that is kicking up dirt all over makes picking out crucial details on visual IDing a speeder pretty difficult. As of yet you haven't found anything.

As for rolls I'm just assuming you did it.

You guys head off to the weapon store and havea rather normal experience. Just list what you want and paid (book prices only no haggling). It is a pretty normal experience that will take an hour or so.

@ So Leet you continue to scan local cameras and information sites looking for Ro'Talth. There is a report of an explosion across town. A speeder exploded. More details incoming.

@ Cuspar

As you arrive at the "personal stop" and make your way to the Casino lounge where Bulwark is drinking you get a message from Tsont'Ar. Text: Found Ra'Wen's speeder. Explosion one body found. Ro'Talth is dead, Ra'Wen is missing.

Ra'Wen's speeder was just found, exploded with a body inside. Tsont'Ar says Ro'Talth is dead, and she is missing, but I think it's likely that a drifter is dead, and both are about to leave the planet. Let's reconvene at the Bantha ASAP.

Well - I don't know how much chatter you picked up on, but Ro'Talth left the ship, and has given us the slip. Tsont'Ar says their speeder blew up and Ro'Talth is dead - but that's likely an illusion by the twi'leks.

Cuspar orders a Quarrenese, or whatever is kelpiest for himself, and another of whatever Bulwark is drinking. He shows signs of agitation, at the morning's events.

So, Bulwark. Tell me. How much money does Jounville owe you?

Syric's total - 365 (440)

605 - 440 - 20 (cabbie+tip) = 145

Syric will take the Quick Draw Hevy Blaster Pistol and give Fandango his in it's place.

Quick TV Time out

To anyone playing I want to remind you of the difference between IN CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE and OUT OF CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE. If you have difficulty separating the two it can spoil the story and characterizations. Bulwark and Cuspar are set up (not through my direction at all) to have a huge talk. I'd personally like us all to see what they say because it is entertaining (and since I didn't write any of it, it is new to me!). But if they say or reveal things that our character's shouldn't know or be able to deduce you have to act ignorant of those facts, confessions, opinions etc etc.

Remember what you know and what your character knows are not the same thing.

And now back to our regularly scheduled melodrama.

and I wouldn't worry too much about the Twi'leks. It was only a matter of time before the Sith or Exchange caught up with them after that stunt he pulled in public earlier. he takes another sip of his drink.

I'm not particularily worried about Ro'Talth. And I'd say that it was my tactical screw up that had him finally up and leave. We'll cross paths with him again. And once we have Jounville, and I DO see Ro'Talth... I'm going to kill him. I'm going to shoot him right in the head, point blank. If you cross my friend, you cross me. Alvis IS vengeance.

Cuspar sucks the Quarrenese ale through his teeth, separating out the micro-krill and enjoying their salty and crunchy texture.

So that's why I ask about what you're owed by Jounville, ultimately. And also, I wonder a little bit WHAT he owes you the money for. Because we can all get in debt, from time to time - even debts for less than legal matters - but when debts transcend simple payment, there's an element of mystery at play. You said that it was "the principle" that compelled you to find Jounville, and not the credits. So I wonder if you aren't in this matter with your own hunger for vengeance. Are you? What are you going to do when we find Jounville Blackferne?

Bulwark grins, "No worries, there is no malace intent. Jounville asked me to float him some credits and so I did. I have no plans to beat the money out of him. It is more of protecting an investment."
