The announcement just made me think of you guys and I wanted to see what was up.Whiteness wrote:Kirby!!!Kirb wrote:It's sad to see even though the real SWG died a long time ago.

My WoW guild that I've been in since Molten Core is going to play but I don't know what faction yet, or who all will be joining. There's really only a handful of people there I care about and if they're not gonna play I don't have any reason to join that guild. They're also going to be primarily a PvE raiding guild and I don't really think raiding is going to be all that great in SWTOR.
Of course GAT is going to have a guild but they haven't decided a faction either.
And I don't know what you guys are going to be up to.
I could always make characters in multiple guilds but I've never liked maintaining alts. I'm still playing the same character I started with in WoW.
So I guess I'll decide to join someone's guild some time in the future.

They say when you go on a quest for vengence to dig two graves. They underestimate me.

I was assuming people would be too drunk to keep their pants on let alone handle any administrative task!Furiel wrote:Who needs to leave Vegas to handle minor administrative tasks like this...some of us are just that awesome!Whiteness wrote:Well as soon as certain people are back from Vegas I'm sure you'll be set as a Friends Of Alvis

It is done.
Actually - the game died years ago with the NGE...but for clarity's sake...as of today, it's really dead.

Rest in Pieces SWG. You deserve it after what you did to all of us.

Good night, sweet prince.
A man may fight for many things. His country, his friends, his principles, the glistening tear on the cheek of a golden child. But personally, I'd mud-wrestle my own mother for a ton of cash, an amusing clock and a sack of French porn. - Edmund Blackadder

I didn't want to post after this because really that is all that should be said. Until I read this:Jimer Lins wrote:Good night, sweet prince.

I have to thank the hellish beast that it became if for nothing more than bringing you fucktards into my life. So I am grateful for that. It was also my first mmo and nothing compares. There are facsimiles and attempts but never getting the feeling the first time you see the old homestead, or killing your first krayt, or being chased through theed and hiding in the med center. The game may not have lasted but I'm glad I was able to take something more and an autographed pair of veelas hotpants and a horrible case of the Lok 7 year itch from the "Basement".
