So....how many more people do we need and when is the draft gonna happen?

If I'm seeing it correctly, the ESPN league has 8 teams (able to go up to 12) and no assigned date for the draft as of yet. Usually draft day is in the evening of the Monday or Tuesday following the last preseason game and before the start of regular season.

The yahoo league has 5 teams and draft day is Mon, 8/30 @ 6pm PST.

There's several people for the yahoo league that haven't signed up yet they told me they have. They keep saying they aren't getting the invites even though I've sent them like a half dozen each.

I'm going to try sending them invites from outside the site if the ones I send tonight don't work.

Arrican and Thom have been repeatedly invited, yet have not yet accepted. Otherwise we need 2 more. Just 2. I'm not looking at Dood and Cuspar. Not at all.

next week I have thesis tuesday night, blackie can't do wed, I fly to houston on thursday. I can do this thursday, friday, or saturday.

I mean I could just auto draft and probably be fine if you guys wanted this wed. Friday is out and probably saturday too.

Monday is fine, I just may miss the first part of it depending on my schedule that day.

I just deleted the 2 spots that would have been filled with Dood and Cuspar. 10 team league. Draft is next monday, Sept 6th, at 930est to accommodate for Furiels tardiness.

nope, we haven't drafted for this league yet so no one has any players (or keepers from last year).

But you can keep the hemorrhoids.

So I added a co-owner to my team (My pal Ron). He is the commish of the league I'm in with my old college buddies. I don't get to much with him because of schedules so I figured we could run it together.

We looked at the league settings and since we are now at 10 teams can we realign to two 5 team divisions to even the playoff picture?

So random thought with the draft being borked tonight and SirP not being available if we do the draft late Wed night as an alternative we could at least start the draft on the forums.

This is assuming Vesp can assign players and draft order is we set draft order now we can start doing the draft here on the forums over the next day and a half or so and probably get through the first couple rounds. That will give people maximium opportunity to participate and allow us to whip through the last part of the draft in an hour or maybe less. Just a thought since we were going later to accomodate me, but then SirP gets screwed because of his schedule.

I can upload all the draft selections, though I'll have to see if my buddy Paul can log on a nd do that here, he's not too big on sports thou so we may have to do a best avail for him
