Hey friends,
I've fixed a few things that needed some maintenance as things have been a little slow on the server lately. First, I fixed up the iron farm near the spawnpoint, it had taken some creeper damage. It should be fully functional once more. Secondly I fixed up the spawnpoint train station, which had apparently been damaged and not repaired properly, so minecarts weren't dispatching properly. It should be working properly now.
Oh, and the long rail to the east village is amazing. Ten minutes to ride it- one way! And then it connects to a bunch of other stuff. You guys built some cool stuff.

Yeah I patched up the iron farm once but just enough to make it functional, but that was awhile ago it must have gotten hit again since. The rail station worked sporadically for me, thanks for fixing both!
The rail East used to actually stop at those places but I kept getting lazy and dying so I think I forced of the power rails on at a few of the stops. My goal was to make the rail reach maizan's, but I got distracted making a castle on a server my daughter plays on.

I found the spots where the rail power was forced on and turned the switches off. I can make stations there if you like, which might make things a bit simpler. That's a hell of a rail system you made!

Yeah I just built them quick and dirty when I was still going between towns. Occasionally things lined up and I ran the rail into a building for protection.
If you take it far enough it will go to my floating desert temple. I don't remember if I built the switch to it or if you have to manually disembark, but the temple has a nether portal that connects to the nether railway.

It runs the entire way. There's a manual switch near the last 1/4 of the line that takes you to the area.

Also, I realized a few things
1. I apparently didn't finish the second wall for a good distance towards the end and ran into mobs I wasn't expecting
2. The rail to the temple has no marker or anything to indicate where to stop for it. it's just a hole in the corner that leads to the next rail, I got real lazy I guess.
3. Control wise, playing Terraria has messed me up trying to jump back in to this

I cleaned up some stuff around town as well. There was a leak Club Alvis and I removed the unsightly dirt ladder under the blockade runner.

I've got the guns added to the Corellian Corvette. You can activate them with the buttons in the gun wells. I suggest using the lower guns, as the top ones have a bit of an accuracy problem.
