Re: Request
Turning off mob griefing is certainly doable. It's just a setting in the server configuration. It does substantially lower the "risk" portion of the game, but I'm amenable to it if people would prefer it.
Thoughts, Rivendellians?

Re: Request
I have no objections. This is different than peaceful mode; creepers will still attack, but not do damage to blocks, right?

Yes, they will explode but not damage blocks.

If there's no objection, I'll make this change tomorrow, so make your voice heard before then!

I'm fine with creepers not doing structural damage.

The masses have spoken, and mob griefing is hereby disabled.

Under villager trivial saw this note:
"Using the command /gamerule mobGriefing false will prevent farmer Villagers from harvesting and replanting crops"
I think this is why my villagers have gone on strike.
Would it be too much to ask to turn mob griefing back on?

Huh, I was unaware of that one.
I'll start a new thread for us to discuss it.
