I was watching the server console when it happened. I've restarted it. Sorry for the interruption in playtime.

Re: Server watchdogged again
I noticed that shortly after 8 CST each evening it gets laggy for a few minutes. Is this when the server backup happens?
It's not terrible lag, just a little jerky.

It looks like it went down as I was coming out of a portal. No one else was on.

I've restarted the server and disabled the watchdog entirely. This is getting stupid.

Re: Server watchdogged again
What about adding a daily schedule or cron job to restart either minecraft or the server. I have noticed lag building for the last few days. Yesterday morning I noticed villagers missing and in places they should not be, Which has been a sign that server could use a restart to clear up lag.

A 3am restart isn't a bad idea.
