XP grinder broken?

Something's gone wrong with the XP grinder- there's water pouring down into the collection chamber. I don't know how it's supposed to be set up so i didn't mess with it but It looks like someone screwed it up somehow.

Where is it at? I know there is a railway to it but I've never used it.

It's not far from my tower, a little northwest, along the riverbank. There's a staircase to it next to Rtech's house.

I fixed it. I also added a door in the 'waiting room' to keep wandering monsters out

Thanks, Bul- I looked at how it was set up but had no idea how it was broken and didn't want to make things worse. Any idea what happened?
