It's that time again

Post by Jimer Lins » Tue Nov 04, 2014 3:43 pm

Hey friends!

About six months ago, I asked for some donations to help with hosting costs for the Minecraft server. Cuspar and Jounville both donated to help keep things running. The funds they donated are now depleted (May through October). I'm going to pass the virtual hat around again for help keeping the server operational- it's currently running about $25 to $28 dollars per month depending on the current Euro conversion rate. Sometime in November I'd like to move to a US-based host, or at least one that takes payment in dollars so we have a consistent idea of the costs.

If you play on the server and have a few bucks to spare, I would very much appreciate the help- cash flow has been a little tight for me the last couple of months with some unexpected medical costs, so every little bit helps! You can send a donation to my PayPal account using "cyclometh@gmail.com". All funds received in this manner go to the server's upkeep.

Thanks a bunch. :)

You're a stud, Bul. Thank you from the bottom of the lump of coal I use as a heart.

I've been playing on the server a lot lately, so I added funds.

I found mending and silk touch do not work well together. Silk touch will not generate xp to trigger a mend.

This is where the /home and /spawn mode would have been very handy.
