Do I have any options for healing? I can do recover again to get back the step on the condition track but I can't take another second wind.

You can use a medpac on yourself with a -5 to your treat injury skill roll to heal yourself some as a full round action. Base DC is 15 and you get back your character level plus an additional 1 HP for every additional point the skill check succeeds by.

Or you can get out of grenade range just in case for the rest of the round while those of us with a bunch of HPs left mop up the rabble then once we are out of combat everyone gets tended to.

If you spend 5 force points on it, you could have +36HP...if you are very very lucky.

It's rapidly getting toward the end of the day with the live session tonight I'd rather have us moving on into the next session than cleaning up the last round here, so can we either just skip ahead to saying we killed the last 3 dudes, searching the area and healing up, or say Cuspar continues to keep in cover due to his wounds, and Syric will tactically withdraw to the same area so he doesn't die and move on to Jax, Klak, Bulwark and myself slaughtering the last 3 guys?

Let's say Cuspar is applying an ointment to his wounds. Syric is up an dif no post of movement by 4pm central (50 min from now) we will assume he ran to the fish and I'll move Soldier 11.

We didn't beat him...we whipped him. By the time he even got to act he was down 2 on the condition track and more than halved on his hps. In fact, IIRC he didn't get a second action we crushed him so fast and so hard.
