The Church of Alvis

The party is by the two ships at the star port. Ro'Talth and Ra'Wen are aboard the Sweet Delia. Slick is mourning Wailer's death. Fandango has joined the party.

Slick wails and whines and then starts babbling in binary.

Fandango responds in binary for a good while. So Leet again only picks up bits and pieces, mostly about how to leave the planet and sorry for his loss. "He is ready for the body to be lain on the ship. I told him how to get off the planet and get on it's way. If you need to pay respects to your fallen friend, now would be the time."

Cuspar goes to Wailer's body. He quietly says a verse from the Book of Vengeance, and then pours some Quarrenese Ale on to the ground at his feet.

Bulwark pulls out the nuna bone lightsaber her carved back on tatooine and sets it next to Wailer.
"I never understood anything you said, but you could sure put the hurt on a droid."

"Slick, can you assist me in making a brief holo-recording for those who you deliver Wailer's body to after I place it aboard?"

assuming Slick say yes I'll head up the ramp with the body and place it in the lounge unless Slick directs me to a different location.

Then when Slick signals to begin I'll make the following statement for the recorder:

"Esteemed Jedi Knights and masters, aboard this ship you will find one of your own, Jedi Knight Wailer, who was cut down defending myself and others from an attack by sith battle droids on the planet Bryx. Wailer died a hero for without his actions and his sacrifice we all surely would have been killed. I believe that the individuals responsible for sending the droids were 2 Sith intiates by the names of Hortell and Quax and I assure you that his death will not go un-avenged. This I swear.

Aboard this ship should be all of Wailer's belongings that I am aware of. This ship was his as is the droid that is piloting it, and it should have a full journal of his travels since purchasing it. It was an honor to have known Wailer for the time that I did and his nobility and sacrifice will be honored for as long as I live. May the Force be with you."
Eli will finish with a bow and signal T3 to end the recording. Then he'll give Slick a little pat on his dome and say:

"Sorry Slick. I tried to save him but the Sith droids we're just a hair too quick for me to stop them. I hope you find a good place in this galaxy going forward and may your memory never be wiped. Take care."

Dood steps back from the body.

Klak, while not a fan of Jedi is less a fan of dead compatriots. He promises Wailer that by Alvis vengeance shall be had on someone.

He then walks onto the SD while reminding his friends "We have little time, it may be best to mourn our friend with a whiskey in deep space. let's go"

Syric pulls out a flask, takes a drink and passes it to the nearest Alvian in silence, simply looking down at the fallen padawan.

When the flask is passed back, he starts to load the speeders onto the Sweet D.

Dood helps Syric load the speeders onto the ship and heads to the cockpit. Once there he begins his flight checks and flicks on the intercom.

"I know we're all hurting, but we're going to try to get the frak out of here. Make sure you're all strapped in - I have a feeling this could get...bumpy."

Dood looks over at Fandango and raises an eyebrow.

"I hope you've got more magic in that old silk hat you found."

Quick point of clarification. The 8 seater probably won't fit. The speeder bike is something So Leet stole. The 2 seater sporty number can fit in the garage just fine, but you'll have to store the speeder bike (if you take it) to the cargo hold, which now is clear of dewbacks and SOD did a great job cleaning it of all remaining dewback waste.

So's the one that borrowed it, I'll let him decide.

I mean I don't care one way or the other, but if you are going to do immoral/illegal things I at least want to make sure it is intentional.

I'm sure I can disable any tracking crap. It's a speeder bike not a star destroyer. But fine since I stole it I leave it behind.
