The power goes out for the neighborhood. A small backup generator for the complex lights up some basic courtyard lighting.

Winner!

From the courtyard you hear the sound of a speeder being shot up with blaster fire and 10 Sith battle droids walk in followed by one Sith droid of a different model.

The Sith battle droids are bipedal with blaster carbines equipped. The Different sith droid is also bipeda, but is slightly taller, a bit thicker and has more sophisticated sensor euipment and is holding a heavy blaster pistol in each hand.

At this point we need to roll initiative.

And as noted before Ra'Wen's villa/conda thing is the bottom right building on the complex map, and the complex has stone walls surrounding it except for the top of the map where it exits to the street. The green circles on the complex map are trees.

And Remember Goons 1 and 2 start outside the front door, goons 3 and 4 outside the back door and goon 5 is inside the main room front door.

Goon 1 is dead.

Goon 4 peeks around the corner of the back of the Villa and shoots at Mark I Sith Bot 4.

What does rear of villa mean? From the action I was assuming Goon 4 peaked around the top right corner of the villa since the Sith were in the center of the compound, which would lead me to believe the two droids moving to the rear of the villa are at the top of the villa moving to the right. Would I need to break the window to shoot out it? I'm going to assume no, otherwise I would delay a bit

You are right to assume Goon 4 was peeking around the top right corner of the building, and you are right assuming that Mark II Droid and the Mark I Sith Bot 8 are about half way down the side of the building right in front of the windows on the top of the building.

You can shoot out the window this turn and your shot against the Mark II Sith Bot misses.

I know it's not yet my turn, but for the sake of keeping things moving, I'm assuming I can do the "Tell me what your basic goals are and I'll take care of it."

Dood's basic goal is to locate a position where he can get cover and hopefully utilize the snipe ability of the stealth skill (SWSE Rulebook, Page 73, paragraph 5).

Use carbine blaster, try not to die.

Bulwark moves next to the window to get some cover and pulls out the stock on his carbine. Gritting his teeth, he fires a shot at Bot 6 and mutters, "I really hate droids."

I would assume considering the volume of blaster fire that has gone through the window toward the MK2 droid that that window is either open or not there anymore...in which case it's time to take the most direct route.

"Cover me you 3, I'll draw the droid fire so the rest of you can get them outta here!"

Going full defensive and moving 6 squares, likely including a diving roll through the window.

HP 40 (Threshold 14) FortD 14 RefD 30 WillD 15, Speed 6, atk +2, Dex +4

Acrobatics roll for going through the window: 1d20+10: 16+10=26

So I would say I successfully dove through the window and rolled up to my feet and am now standing in the courtyard area, full defense with my club in hand.
