I'd say that's about right. If you want to roll either of those things feel free, but they may not turn out the kind of information that would be useful in anyway, even with a very good roll. (IE the DC rolls for history, rleigion, and dungeoneering would be different if they even applied at all)

"Yeah, Tony Plush isn't exactly what you would call a history buff so Tony Plush isn't going to be much help with that. If anyone cares for a pint though Tony Plush is going to go get a drink."

"I'll pass, I need to stay clear-headed for tomorrow. I imagine Stavis would be pleased if you'd bring some back here for him, since he's not allowed to go anywhere at the moment."
Trinal picks up the paper again. "Stavis, do you have any notion of why you're dreaming about this? Does it seem to be related to this place in some way?"

Re: LPDnD: You'll Never Walk Alone
Stavis will wave his hand in don't worry about me to Tony and Syric "Don't worry about bringing me back anything the wine will suffice."
He will than look to Trinal bemused "That is the question, it is very strange for me to dream this up, two times no less, which would suggest some outside force is responsible but as to its origin, intent, or even if what is responsible is intending for me to see it. I cannot say."
"Is it a warning of some kind, or is their ill intent at work and I am some how picking up on the effects they are causing." with a slight shrug.
"I am grasping at straws than anything for sure."
With a slight nod going back to his more neutral tone will state "In any case I would suggest you table it for now. No sense overburdening yourself with the gate so close to completion."
Unless otherwise talked to Stavis will ensure that what he had been helping Trinal on the gate is finished, than complete copying the rituals for both Trinal and himself, since he figures he will be expected to leave thru the gate as soon as humanly possible after its completion. He will mediate 4 hours before morning to be fully rested when the others would normally awaken, baring any interruptions.

Trinal will take Stavis' advice and get some rest. "Stavis, let me know if you have any other dreams about this thing. I'm quite curious."

But, Trinal muses to himself. It is an interesting question. What do I know about the history of the Citadel?
History: Rolling 1d20 + 9
( 4 ) + 9 = 13

Syric, not being a scholar or having much formal schooling in general, will leave this problem to Trinal and Stavis for the night. He won't be lookin to get smashed, just to have a couple drinks to end the night and then head to bed.

With Syric and any if the Dragonkin who are interested in tow Tony will head for the bar he drank at a before. Once we arrive and head in Tony will beeline for the bar.
"A round if ale for Tony Plush and his friends!"
I'll buy the first round, there anyone I recognize here other than Syric and any Dragonkin that came with? What's the mood of the room? And what are people talking about as we arrive?

Not much. It is renowned as a place of martial training. It's roots go back to the Empire of Antika Sinnum and some legendary warriors have been some of it's alumni.Jimer Lins wrote: ↑Thu Apr 06, 2017 11:47 pmBut, Trinal muses to himself. Re: LPDnD: You'll Never Walk Alone
Tony, Syric, Maizan, and Ragescale enter the tavern. The Barkeep remembers you and does a hea dnod and has a big smile. The tables are talkign about the dustup on teh beseigers camp and have a generally elevated mood compared to the other night. Sort of a "yeah poke em in the eye" cheer you might expect from the underdogs. One of the gamblers from the other night, Gible, comes up and slings his arm around Tony.Furiel wrote: ↑Fri Apr 07, 2017 3:35 pmWith Syric and any if the Dragonkin who are interested in tow Tony will head for the bar he drank at a before. "No no no, this man doesn't buy drinks. He's clearly had too much. Only a drunkard or a madman would sneak into the enemy camp, set fires, rescue some lizards, and steal their horses! And I don't think Tony Plush is a madman, so he's clearly a drunkard!" He laughs heartily while slapping his thigh. The crowd rowdily laughs.

Re: LPDnD: You'll Never Walk Alone
"Tony Plush is many things, lover, fighter, professional scout, infiltrator and mayhem maker, but drunkard, no, that Tony Plush is not. As for rescuing the DRAGONKIN" Tony purposefully emphasizes their correct species name "it was the right thing to do. They could not be left to the tender mercies of the Chulassa." Tony spits after he says that. "Although truth be told Tony Plush prefers to rescue beautiful maidens in the day, then spend the night receiving their thanks!" Tony says with a laugh. And Tony will head over to an open table and sit down with his companions for a drink. Tony will sit to face as much of the room as possible and look as open and inviting as possible if anyone cares to join us I will make them welcome.

The 6'8" Maizan looks at creature whose arm is around Tony. Lizards! I would skin and eat you, but dwarf is tough stringy meat. And it gives me gas. Heads to be bar and nods to the bartender Beer, In the largest container you have. I have lost a lot of kin today.

Re: LPDnD: You'll Never Walk Alone
Ooc: Actually the Citadel is an amalgam of races. Mostly humans, elves, half-elves, and a few dwarves. Some other races are there too, a bit more exotic like gnomes and a few half orcs. A few centuries ago they had a half ogre. Gible is a human in my mind, but I never said what he was, main called him dwarves so he is now dwarven.
"No offense lad, never meant to throw jacks in you scales. Barkeep, get my DRAGONKIN friend here some of the whiskey. He's lost folks, and they deserve a proper toast." Gible says bowing lowly to Maizan.
The bar starts sing the ballad of Tony Plush (a humorous song mocking Plush's Folly) but the leader of the impromptu chorus is a a barrel chested human soldier who is louder than most, but he's changing the punchlines to be more cheering and heroic. People are catching on and Tony is getting the hero reception his name has not heard for decades.

Re: LPDnD: You'll Never Walk Alone
Stavis momentarily looks to the door as if his bardic nature where being called to pen a tale so it not be lost. After the moment passes looks to his new instrument and tempted to play it but quells the feeling getting back to work, chiding myself slightly knowing the work at hand is more important right now. Though does encourage himself knowing he will soon be reunited with his instruments and will likely have free time when he gets back with the Southern Alliance to write more songs about the Phoenix Guard and see to it they are spread, along with work toward erasing Plush's Folly from the history books.

Short version, she come sback for a little socializing before returning to her reassigned bunk. You show her the drawings and explain what caused them, but she knows nothing useful, suggests that the Professor back in Waterdeep would be the best person to ask.
