Sneak attack is icing damage on an existing attack.

So you can't just throw it out there even if you crit fail all attacks. I'm fine with you selectively adding it to whichever attack hits if you have multiple attacks. so you could say Attack 1 on target A and attack 2 on target B. And then say I prefer sneak damage on A>B but I'll know that if you miss A and hit B the sneak damage transfers over.

Baddies up.

The spectral gryphon flaps it's wings and ascends to the sky quickly.

"Cherish this day Phoenix Guard. I underestimated you and paid the price today, but next time we meet, I will not repeat that mistake. Your hearts have a set number of beats remaining. Make the most of them before I come to harvest."

Is Razvan within ten squares of me? I know he's in the air.

Using teh pythagorean formula I calculate he would be approximately 25 squares from your current position on the map. He double moved straight up.

Trinal takes a shot at D with Dragonfrost.

d20+13 vs Fort, damage 1d8+10 and knockback.

Attack: 11+13=22
Damage: 3+10=13

If hit, he's pushed a square (into the barrier? Not sure).

Minor action: Sustain effect from lightning breath.

Trinal then moves to give Zelvo flanking bonuses.

With Razvan's escape Stavis will return his attention to 9. "I see you chose option 4, stay put but cease attacking so I will offer again, do you surrender, wish to face death from one of my companions." will indicate the rest of the group and after a pause will indicate himself on the understood third option.

"Or possibly leave and try to make a new life for yourself. I will accept your choice but if you do not choice for yourself I will be required to inflict my pain upon you." will move to block the path the group came from assuming that was also they way the enemy had come to make it clear returning is not an option and will indicate he is free to leave if we wishes to strike out towards new lands.

Perception on intention if he doesn't leave or moves to attack Stavis will attack 9.

If attacking Vicious Mockery

[OOC clearly his heart is into attacking at this point.

Also I moved myself to where I assume the way back to Brackton is.
Perception on intention if he doesn't move or moves to attack Stavis or attempts to head back the way he came will attack 9.

Syric hits.

Torvo punches at 4
[dice]0[/dice]
dmg
[dice]1[/dice]

Franklin careful shoots at 4
[dice]2[/dice]
dmg
[dice]3[/dice]

Atrios double moves to next to 9.

9 says to Stavis
"I will not fight you, but you cannot deny me returning to my family. That would bring dishonor."

"Then send word for your family to meet you where you end up." with his free hand will shake his bag of coin to suggest giving gold to help with that.

"I do realize Razian will send more men here and if you return you will be among them whether you like that or not."

He will then point to Richards body. "We got some gear for him to help survive these conditions, you are welcome to them to help you on your journey. If that is not satisfactory for you then fight we must."

Diplomacy if nessicary

He is bleeding out.
Is he conscious? Tony would like to have a few words with him before he passes on...

Still in combat. E and 4 are still standing and hostile. 9 is not fighting but not obeying stavis outright and I'm slow playing that precisely because you are not out of combat.

Yep which is why I figured I wouldn't be involved in any more fighting unless 9 becomes hostile again.

I thought I was still waiting on an answer to a question, only to see upon review it was already answered... :woe:

Tony will move then attack 4 with Deft Strike vs AC
Attack: [dice]0[/dice]
Damage: [dice]1[/dice]

If the barricade blocks me from getting CA from flanking then I have plenty of movement to loop around and end up straight north and flanking with Torvo
