"Kill it. Quickly. If that's what I think it is, we're in a lot of trouble."

Trinal moves to one side and casts Dragonfrost at it.

Attack: d20+13 vs Fort. Damage is 1d8+10, if hit target is pushed back 1 square.

Attack: 17+13=30
Damage: 4+10=14

Trinal calls to the party as he moves, "'Ware behind, don't let those beetles get too close."

the dragonfrost hits and does damage. I'm just going to subtract 1 from it's movement next turn to symbolize the knockback.

Note: I realized we forgot Franklin (Richard stayed behind with Atrios and Torvo). He is the yellow arrow.

Syric moves towards the banshee, even if Trinal was wrong, it was too late to salvage anything, and swung his greatsword at the ghost, giving it his all.

Trinal is very confused because of the response from the party about the ghost. He gets that Tony was initially confused/mistaken but now it's just like "... what?"

It was because I didn't bother to see what Syric knows about Banshees (to prove or disprove Trinal), and without time to discuss this sudden change or Tony's failure to see it was a banshee, Syric has resigned to shoot first and ask questions later.

It was mostly a line for Furiel to see why Syric jumped at the apparation after telling Tony he trusted his assessment.

OOC- Oh, I totally get it. My comment about "crazy pills" was meant to be in jest, like an out of character joke around the table. Doesn't always transfer in forum-based threads, tho. :)

Stavis's reactive attack backfires hitting himself when the banshee attacks, possibly due to remembering the banshee attack to a class excursion and the immobilizing fear attack back then though out of range here.

health(48/64)

After regaining his composure focuses on the beetles to give himself time to steel himself before attacking the banshee, clearly not because he hopes it gets dealt with without his help. Attacking 2 with Misdirected Mark.

Attack vs Reflex
