The he'll if I'm running out in front to get swarmed by both rot beetle swarms...

Can I delay my full turn until after they move this round with the intention of moving into a flank and attacking the northernmost swarm after they have reached us?

Would that be like skipping this round, then taking a double turn next round?

Sounds like he just wants to delay his action until their move.

Basically I want to have a readied action for this round to move into a flank and attack the swarm closest to me that's attacking zelvo once they have moved up to attack him.

So it's a swarm, I'm not up on swarm rules but can I still get combat advantage and sneak attack on a swarm?

I believe so.

Swarm: The swarm can occupy another creature's space and
vice versa, and the swarm can move through any opening large
enough for a Tiny insect. The swarm can't regain hit points or
gain temporary hit points.

Other thing about swarms is they have some resistance to single attacks but have vulnerability to AoE and group type attacks.

Crit is max damage (34 points), but they are supposed to get half damage on all melee and ranged attack (17), but that seems unfittign for a crit, so the 34 damage will stick. However non crits on the beetles will usually be half (close and area attacks however get a bonus 10 points of damage due to vulnerability)

Trinal moves to get a shot at one of the swarms, hoping to get it off of Zelvo while the other remains flanked.

Dragonfrost, d20+13 vs fort, damage 1d8+10 + knockback on hit.

Attack: 9+13=22
Damage: 1+10=11

does that mean it was a miss or that it's invulnerable to the attack?

You barely missed. Though had you hit, noncritical it would be half damage. Tactically your best approach is the spray attack you do, every hit gets +10dmg outright.

Tony skewers plenty of tiny bugs with his sword. That swarm seems to have plenty of goo on the floor (bloodied).
