"We can do some hinting and trapping along the way for additional food, and as for other gear once we get a bit further away from town we can find a village to pick up additional supplies. Don't worry boys, we'll make sure you're taken care of."

Tony will stick to the front and walk point unless anyone objects as we continue our cross country trek.

The party starts to ascend into the mountains. There are snow drifts abound and currently the snow comes up mid calf. The wind coming from the east is cold and biting and the trees still provide a decen amount of cover. They are tall evergreens disted with white. The party trudges along. Night is approaching and you are now 15 miles ESE of Brackton. The clouds look omninous like another snow fall is likely tonight.

Somewhere along the walk, Syric will get close to Trinal to share his suspicions about the new 'recruits'.

"I don't think they're lying to us, but something tells me there is more to those two then they're telling us. They're also still scared of something, but it's hard to tell if it is just because of how we left Brackton. We need to keep an eye on them."

Syric will try to share his concern with the others if offered a chance to converse privately.
Spoiler:
Within 5 squares of Syric: +1 to Healing surges, +3 Diplomacy, +2 Intimidate, +2 Speed on surprise and 1st regular rounds
Between 6-10 squares of Syric: +1 Diplomacy

When the group stops for camp will give Franklin his tent to use before going around to collect wood for a small fire, on his way back will do his best to ensure all tracks leading to the camp are concealed.

After returning will get the fire going will eat some bread before settling in to mediate close to the fire for the first shift and will be on watch for the remainder of the evening.

Watch 2
Perception
[dice]0[/dice]
Watch 3
Perception
[dice]1[/dice]
[OOC let me know if we will be doing more shifts then the standard 3.]

I think until they are more trusted we'll be sticking with the 3.

Tony will be on first watch, I'll setup my tent as well and offer it to anyone during my watch.

Iirc watch rotation is :
1- Tony and Trinal
2- Victae and Stavis
3- Syric and Stavis

Tony will make sure the fire is banked to hide it but keep it going through his watch

[OOC I wouldn't put just them but if they wished to "help" during watches Stavis was up for he wouldn't stop them but wouldn't let them leave the camp.]

"Uh....are you sure you don't, um want us to help?" Franklin asks.

"Yeah, it doesn't seem fair for you guys to miss out on as much sleep." Richard says. "Though without a heavy fur Stavis' tent seems awfully cozy. Tell you what I'll take you up on it if you want, otherwise I'll be in a tent."

"You two don't have the right gear to be standing around in the dark and cold at night, that's all. We'll get you some heavy cloaks or something, and you can stand all the watches you want, heh."
A man may fight for many things. His country, his friends, his principles, the glistening tear on the cheek of a golden child. But personally, I'd mud-wrestle my own mother for a ton of cash, an amusing clock and a sack of French porn. - Edmund Blackadder
