I would think either Trinal or Victae from the stats would have best use of the amulet.

I'm thinking Victae's a little worse off than me and in theory does more time on the front line, so it should probably go to her.

Looking at the sum of non AC defenses I have:

Which is a clunky metric for sure, but shows that Syric and Stavis are lacking in some areas as well.

Syric is really hurting in the REF DEF, but the other stats are ok. As a healer, he's fine with someone else taking the amulet, though if something else comes along that can help his relfexes he would like it.
