true but it we get you back up your are pretty close to a 1 man army in how many you've taken out.

Since the damage is rooted in fear I'm gonna say it can affect those outside the wall. A simple wooden fort's construction would not have teh magical or technological capacity to affect fear.

I had what I was going to do all planned out and written up, then someone made a bunch of changes to the board which invalidated 90% of what I ws going to do, so everyone let me knwo when you are done and I'll figure out how I'm going to die then.

And I moved them back...most of what I ws going to do was based on minion actions they can no longer take being the problem.

That doesn't help when half my action involved moving my minions into squares that are now occupied to use their remaining HPs as meat shields for the PCs and they can no longer do that because they can't get to any unoccupied squares anymore that put them in melee.

Tony will attack DK with fighter daily Villain's Menace vs AC
hit will result in +2 hit +4 damage vs target for the rest of the encounter for Tony, miss means +1/+2

Minions will fire last round of arrows then drop bows, draw swords and move into melee - arrows will go to DK first, then HP then in the unlikely event of a water landing DH

T2 (Brian)

If I read that right DK (even though missed) effectively had his AC dropped by one and damage done to him was increased by 2. If that is correct the minion who connected did 4+2 damage killing him DK is dead. If I am wrong, then DK is still dead and you won't tell me until after the battle when you say "Oh I was looking online about my spec and I found out we had been doing that ability wrong, I guess we know for next time."
