Trinal looks at Ham'mon. Whispering in his ear he says "They sure look ready for a party."

He looks back at the rest, holds up five fingers, then holds up one finger and makes a gesture to indicate "big".

Trinal is ready when Ham is.

OK. Since we seem to get a surprise round, here's what I'm doing. I'll assume that we're all going at about the same time.

(AC 14, HP 30)

Trinal bursts out of the stairway and positions himself. He casts Tempest Breath (Close Burst 3), covering A and E (see the grey highlight on the map).

Attack: d20+8 vs Reflex:

A: 18+8=26
E: 18+8=26

Damage: 2d6+8 =7+8=15
I gain concealment until my next turn, and anyone hit cannot gain CA.
Minor action: activate my fireburst armor's daily power, which will do 1d8+4 damage if I'm hit.

I spend an action point, and I'm putting a trigger on this one:

When D steps into the area I've highlighted yellow, I use a free action on my Staff of the War Mage to cast a 4x4 burst of my daily power, Lightning Breath. That should get A, E and D together.

Attack: d20+8 vs Reflex:

A: 9+8=17
D: 2+8=10
E: 2+8=10

Damage: 3d8+8 16+8=24
If it's a miss, it's still half damage.
After this is cast, anyone who hits me until the end of my next turn takes 5 lightning damage and is pushed one square away.

If it is a surprise round after the others position themselves Gobo will move up to stand next to E.

[ooc- I just unleashed two AOE attacks, and it would have been obvious where the first one was going. You might want to not go into that space.]

Ham'mon draws Pelor's Flame and utters the old familiar Draconic oath at E, bringing the lighted sword on him.

That picture indicates a happy Reese/Kitchenware relationship, whereas anyone who knows him knows that his relationship with kitchenware is abusive (to him).
