Stais will look over the leather armor. "I would put the leather to good use unless someone else could use it."

Well, I'm going to take at least one of the healing potions. And we need to figure out where the 1 extra potion from the last encounter that wasn't claimed went.

As to that armor- whiteness, you're playing an ardent, right? You or I could both do well with that cloth armor because we're both based on CHA.

Spintik is quietly says Stavis, I am very happy with the bow from downstairs, so I have no objections to you taking it. I have one of the healing potions from downstairs as well. We have six potions now, so everyone should have 1 and maybe Stavis carry the spare.

"Thank you Spintik, though I would point out I also got a wand." Unless there is objection Stavis will change into the new leather armor. "From the looks of Trinal you are the only one using cloth so unless you don't want it, you can consider it yours. I doubt I will need to use a potion but will hold any extras that Gobo or Ham'mon don't want."

[OOC in response to Joun unless there is complaint by Maizain wand and leather armor so I'm done collecting anything from this dungeon.]

Then I'll take the armor. That will give me 2 items (staff, armor). I also have a potion, and unless someone raises a stink about it I'm going to say I grabbed the other one from downstairs, bringing my total to 2.

[ooc- woot, loots!]

Trinal looks around. "We all set, gents?"

He prepares to go up the stairs, once more behind Ham'mon.

Perception roll to search around.
Perception
Crits are automatically max damage. the 93% fell into the double max damage range. you were just a few percentage points from Triple max damage.

Regardless your normal dmg roll was sufficient.
I was just curious as to how much damage this weapon did. So on a max crit it would be 1d10+6+1d12+18d=28+1d8. The 1d8 is hunters query which I am assuming would not be max damage. Then a double would be 56+1d8 and the triple would have 84+1d8. Holy Crap Batman, that is a lot of hurt.

[ooc]Sorry, had meetings all afternoon. I have the fire sword and..um...the fire sword. I'm fine with just the one thing - I've already played Ham as someone with "small needs." I do get a +3 to AC when wearing cloth armor, but if that armor is better than what Trinal is wearing right now, then I'm happy to let him have it (my cha bonus is only +1).[/ooc]

Ham'mon extinguishes his sword and walks around the room. As everyone gets their things together, he suddenly says, "We should burn the corpses."

[ooc- my cha bonus is +4. There's another floor to go, so there's still goodies to be had]

"I suggest we do that when we come back down."

"I suggest we do that when we come back down."
Ham'mon is visibly agitated. He steps toward Trinal angrily...and stops and looks back over the room.

"Perhaps you're right. When we leave this place though, we burn it to the ground."

With that, Ham'mon redraws his sword (flames off), and starts up the stairs.

Stealth (I don't remember if we still have another bonus, so I'm leaving it off)

Trinal's eyebrows raise in surprise. "You obviously take it seriously; rest assured I do also."

[ooc- Blackferne, is the tower in complete disrepair or would it be salvageable if we cleaned it up or hired people to do so?]

Trinal moves up the stairs behind Ham and gestures to the others. My stealth check (as crappy as it was) is above.

[ooc- Actually, I was thinking it could be a nice headquarters for the team. It's close to belholt, it's big, has plenty of room to live in, and defensible. What's not to like?]

It's a bit of a fixer upper, but no reason you couldn't have it as a HQ assuming you don't mind the smell unit the odor of goblin is gone.

[OOC the only thing I would be worried about is how quickly we could hire retainers as I would hate to have to clear out the tower every time we came back since we would be leaving it uninhabited while we go out on other quests.]

Top Floor
https://docs.google.com/drawings/d/1wt8 ... sp=sharing

Ham'mon pokes his head up. He sees 4 goblins with short swords and one goblin in imposing bone armor(red star).

The floor has a skull on black with red circles like blood drops surrounding.

It's painted on the floor. If you guys decide to go all Bob Villa's This Old Tower, you'll want to get a new floor that probably wasn't used for ritual sacrifice.
