Well, there's the Plushie Hut, that's on third. Then there is Plushies-R-Us, that's also on third. Then you've got Get-Your-Plushies-Here. That's on third. Swing Low, Sweet Plushiet... Matter of fact, they're all in the same complex; it's the Plushie complex on third.

You can also get them by joining the Tony Plush fan club. We call ourselves the Plush-damentalists. So in addition to the PHB1-3, DMG, and MM for 4.0, I also have the Players handbook from 2nd edition and the PHB, DMG, and the MM for v3.5. I was flipping through the other books to see if anything struck my fancy and I saw this object my campaign in high school had. (Different list of effects in 2nEd but you get the idea)

So, barring anything crazy happening between now and when we stop the wagons (I worry we may meet the old man on the way):
1. We still have the option to do some recon after we stop for the night, Syric won't push for that but will not oppose it either. I can't really see any downsides except getting caught or making our presence known.
2. If we directly approach them tomorrow, I have a +9 to Bluff, +6 to Diplomacy and I'm just darn charismatic I was thinking we could talk about the bandits being strung up as warnings, there may be a chance the bandits were some of the dwarf's men, we could portray ourselves as a group looking for work to replace his lost men, we could offer to take out the old man (maybe claim he killed one of our group). We could make it seem that we are just reaching out to a legitimate businessman (the dwarf and his blacksmithing) for information on the bandits, or protection from them.
Blackferne - Can we get a more detailed description of what we saw on the map and how it relates to each other? Is the hideout and the foundry in the same spot in the quarry? Can we see where Koenig is? Can we see where Truque's blacksmith is in?

County map.

You guys are currently almost up to Koenig lane. The quarry is past that obviously. The brown and grazy fuzzy stuff on teh edge of teh map is hills/mountains. The hunting ground is on the southside of the road past Koenig Lane.

My intention was to leave immediately unless Furiel had things he wanted to do first. Almost wrote this in the game form just thought having just OCC for this didn't make much sense.
Re: Would there be interest in a DnD 4e game?
I'm not married to waiting or going right away. Part of me thinks wait a bit to let them get to sleep but we also have a,long walk so right away is probably best.

Walk is 3 miles which should take 40 minutes to an hour each way barring interruptions or difficulties.

Re: Would there be interest in a DnD 4e game?
Conversation between Whitey and myself about his most recent nature roll. Background: I told him earlier on a failed forage attempt that his elven ancestors were looking at him fro the spiritual plane all disappointed.
Blackferne: will you look at that schlub? What a disgrace can't even forgae like a proper elf! Must be that hue mon blood in him. They spoil everything!
Sent at 9:41 PM on Wednesday
Whitey: my elf blood is boiling
Blackferne: well it is the only broth flavor you'll get this morning!
Whitey: F you!
Blackferne: don't blame me that you rolled so crappy on your nature check!
Whitey: my mom says i elf good
Blackferne: yeah. Let me guess, at elf school you were always picked last at fairie chase and were kept in mushroom school an extra 5 years
Whitey: I'm going to take my slightly pointed ears and go home
Blackferne: yeah. Go take your non enchanted tears home to your mom!
Whitey: this is why I need to be able to burn people from a distance
Blackferne: hahahah

Make up a character to be found in Belholt. 1st level only use PHB1-3 as source. You have 100gp starting budget.Maizan wrote:Is this game effectively 2 seperate but connected games? If so, can a second PC join the party of one? Say a human thrower of sticks typie?

Now I'm starting to wonder if Blackferne will be describing a distant noise and a mushroom cloud.

Character is here:
http://qccs.homedns.org/files/spintik.pdf
Short background.
- As child Spintik (aka Brian) was kidnapped by a band of merry men. Ransom was demanded and never paid. Was held for many years and eventually joined the merry men learning much of their trade and way of lif.
- As an teen/adult realized these merry men were not so merry any more and struck out on his own eventually finding opportunity in Belholt.
- Long speech of innocence cut way too short, Spintik is sitting/standing in front of the sheriff's office/justice building firmly attached to a stockade.
[ooc]If DM no like the above, then sitting at the bar drinking. Or on the road/making ready to catch Master Brago's party that set the night before[/ooc]

Maizan the sheet looks fine. I'm currently slow playing Trinal's return to Belholt because how the other 5 proceed would haveimpact on his interactions with Brago, but once they either: A) Blow themselves up and need to make new characters or B) load up the wagons and get back to Brago completing their job, I can sufficiently know how Brago would react to Trinal showing up and thus spin you into the story.
