Action point action removed

Spoiler:
ACTION POINT

Whipped into a frenzy, Syric continues to press the attack. In a flash, Syric swaps places with Victae and swings at Goblin 3 to try and finish him off.

Daily: Fate exchange
Effect: The targets teleport, swapping positions and can then each make a basic attack as a free action with +2 power bonus to attack rolls. For each attack that hits you or one ally you can see can both spend a healing surge and make a saving throw. If both basic attacks miss you regain the use of this power.

Attack goblin 3
[dice]0[/dice]

dmg
[dice]1[/dice]

Victae gets to make her free basic attack with +2 bonus

Trinal uses Energetic Flight (daily, minor action). Until the end of my next turn, I have a fly speed equal to my normal movement, and can hover.

3 squares up, he moves over to hover above bear/goblin combo 3 and 5, and casts Burning Spray straight down.

"Surprise!"

Attack is 1d20+13 vs Reflex, 1d8+10 damage

Bear 3: 14+13=27
Goblin 3: 9+13=21

Bear 5: 20 (aw yiss!)+13=33
Goblin 5: 6+13=19

Damage: 7+10=17
Bear 5 takes max (18) + 3d8: 7+6+5=18, total of 36. Crit: 69%

So that's 3 ones and 3 twenties so far in this game day/thread. I'm bookending everything, heh.

Trinal remains hovering out of reach. I get one more turn of flight.

I think I need to get myself out of this little pickle I'm in.

Attack A with Trick Strike vs Ac - if hit for the rest of the encounter I can slide A one squares when I hit him
Attack: [dice]0[/dice]
Damage: [dice]1[/dice]

If hit I slide a one sw then I'll shift south one to put him in a flank between Stavis and Tony

Map updated as I'm confident a 32 hit.

If he died then I'll want to redo my movement...

Syric's first post:
goblin 3 is dead
Bear 3 miss
Bear 5 miss
Goblin 6 hit
Bear 6 hit

Redo your second post/action point to hit a valid target, rolls can remain the same or you can reroll as needed'
Trinal floats and gets his spray on

Recap Goblin Riders 1 3 and 5 are dead.

Furiel you are restrained by the lasso: http://dnd4.wikia.com/wiki/Restrained

Please redo your turn accordingly.

Please disregard it then, Syric wouldn't waste a daily to just hurt bears.

A was the one that hit me with the lasso so I'd still attack him and slide him away from me, it's up to you to adjudicate if the lasso has reach and he can maintain it and therefore I would remain restrained and stuck in place or if by me sliding him the restraint is broken and I would then move after my attack. Restraint doesn't say anything about me not being able to slide them, just that I can't move while I am.

If pushing him away isn't going to break the restraint then I'll push him to a side of me where he's still reachable by me. I'll update the map when I get back from lunch

I assume killing A will effectively remove the lasso as well?

Yeah you can push him around, even if you kill him, you still need to use a minor action to get out of the lasso (difference being you can automatically take a 10 and not have to roll it as you aren't struggling against the cowgoblin.

So it's not a skill check it's a save? Seems to me that escaping a lasso shouldn't be a straight 50/50 proposition for someone with a really high dex and is trained in both athletics and acrobatics. I mean seriously I can do parkour, contort my body into a pretzel, jump huge distances, etc but I have as good a chance of escaping a lasso as a random commoner? I call shenanigans...

Actually you are right. I was treating it like poison, but a dex check is better. add acrobatics if trained.

Ok, then my first thing to do would be to take a minor action to attempt to escape the lasso via acrobatics.

Acrobatics check: [dice]0[/dice]

If I make the check then we process my moves as previously posted...

I assume that made it and I'm not restrained and have readjusted positions on the map accordingly as my turn would then remain unchanged.
