we talked about this over IM.

Total spending 1100.

Dood and Bulwark huddle up to discuss the reconnoiter at the villa. After a few minutes it is decided that Bulwark will tackle watching the guards pacing and what-not while Dood hangs out around the theater to later follow Kunga's assistant and his posse after the show to see where they go and what they do.

I'm guessing, in typical theater district manner, there's a bar somewhere where the stage door can be watched. If so, then Dood will be taking up position there - somewhere where he can specifically see the door.

5 groups.

@Group 1: Wailer and Slick. You are going as fast as you can.

@Group 2: Bulwark. You set up in the observation point you and Dood were at when you observed the villa last. You set up your trusty tree branch blind and take the binoculars out and start scanning shortly after sunset.

@ Group 3: On the Ship is So Leet and Eli. So Leet has finished weaponizing and reprogramming S6 and SOD. They each now have a blaster capable of shooting for 3d4 dmg.

@ Group 4: Cuspar and Syric buy tickets (20cr each) and get seated for the show. You guys are on the floor towards teh back of the theater. The inside is pretty lavish with lots of ornamental flourishes in the design of the theater itself. Think European opera house. Along the walls of the theater are box seats. In the one closest to the stage on the right you see shortly before the show starts a Twi'lek male matching the images you've seen of Ro'Talth sitting down. Slightly behind him you see two large men in suits standing guard. No one else is in the box. The curtain comes up and the show starts.

@ Group 5: Dood and Klak are situated in a outdoor cafe across the street from the theater just lounging drinking beer. They are able to see the front from an angle and can see the alleyway to the right of the building where there is an emergency exit.

Dood has a few drinks, keeping his eye on the alleyway and making sure that Klak gets plenty to drink.

I'm thinking an intoxicated Zabrak could make for a good diversion if necessary

I'm looking for anyone going in or out of the alley or any sign of this assistant and his people or anything else that seems extraordinary about the goings on around that alley.

@ Dood

Watching the exterior you notice every 15 minutes or so a man pops out of the door in the alley takes a look around then goes back in. He is a large man wearing a suit and has a commlink earpiece.

Cuspar watches Ro'Talth carefully, taking note of if the guards ever leave or appear to be using comms with others. I also am scouting out where Ro'Talth may go during the intermission, because I am intending to talk to him and mention Nolan Tsont'Ar.

@ Bulwark

During the course of the night you see the security tighten a bit compared to what you see during the day. They don't spread out as far from the villa, but the patrols are more tightly compacted. You also notice that the floodlights are on and there is a searchlight doing periodic sweeps along the tree line around the villa. The most bizarre thing is you notice two probe droids come out of the sky, scan the property, get shot at a few times then retreat.

During the show through 2 acts (it is 3), he stays seated the entire time. The two guards behind him seem to check their comms every 15 minutes or so, but don't leave.

Just before the second intermission, I am going to go in the direction that I think Ro'Talth would leave his box, and linger in that area of the lobby with a drink. I ask Syric to stay in our seats, and keep me apprised if he leaves the seats, and to watch what happens once he leaves the box (if he does). [If he does go in my direction, we'll have to roll out me getting to him, and dialogue out what I say.]

[I made 3 rolls, in the following order, in case you want some checks (I wasn't sure what you might want): 11,11,7]

When Dood sees people coming outside during intermission, he gets Syric on the commlink and asks him to be sure to let Dood know when Ro'Talth leaves his box at the end of the show so that Dood can get into position to follow him.

@ Cuspar During intermission 2 Syric comms you softly that Ro'Talth is getting up. As you watch the stairwell that he comes down you see his security detail in tow. They hit the lobby floor and start to make their way to the Patron's Lounge.

Syric assures Dood that he will notify him when he leaves after the show, and also updates him on Cuspar and the advisor leaving for intermission.

Like shooting Mon Cals in a fishbowl... Cuspar thinks, sets down his drink, and sets off a meandering intercept course. My intent is to intentionally "accidentally" t-bone myself into the front security guard.

Deception (for making it seem unintentional): 14+7=21

What is t-boning in this context. Because Urban Dictionary gives me a definition that would certainly get you killed. http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=T-Boning

@ Cuspar

You set off towards the trio walking towards the lounge and turn your head back like you are looking at the bar you were just at and bump right into the front security guard you grabs your arm pretty tightly. "Can I help you, sir?" he says in a serious no nonsense kind of way. Ro'Talth and the other guard keep walking but they are turned to look at you.

@entourage

OH! My apologies! I wasn't paying attention to where I was walking - so sorry...

Cuspar looks around at the guards, and then at Ro'Talth, and says, with shock in his voice...

And of course, I must nearly run into Mr. Ro'Talth. My apologies, sir. My friend Mr. Tsont'Ar told me to watch for you to send greetings on his behalf, but I'm sure he'd be aghast to know I ran headlong into his chief of security, and only managed to greet you by accident.

Please excuse my clumsiness, gentlemen. I've still got my hyperspace legs, and am time-lagged. Enjoy your evening, Mr. Ro'Talth.

Cuspar wriggles his arm away, and brushes off his suit, and makes a "please continue" gesture to the entourage.

The Security starts to continue before realizing the Ro'Talth has not. He just looks at you for a second. "Mr. Tsont'Ar did you say?" He is wearing his poker face so it is really difficult to figure out what he is thinking or feeling. "I was unaware he had any associates in the area. I trust he is honoring our agreement."

@Ro'Talth

Beg your pardon, Mr. Ro'Talth - but I am not aware of your history with Mr. Tsont'Ar. He and I made acquaintance in Mos Eisley, and when I recently corresponded with him and told him that business had brought me to Bryx, he made specific mention that I ought send his greetings to you, should I cross paths with you.

[Perception: 14+13=27 - Does Ro'Talth seem angry with Tsont'Ar?]

And how rude of me, to not introduce myself. I am Cuspar Inirv'E, and it's an honor to meet someone held in such regard by Mr. Tsont'Ar.

Cuspar extends his hand in greeting.

Ro'Talth loosens up a bit after your explanation. "Ah I'm sorry I misunderstood the nature of your relationship with Tsont'Ar. If you are a casual acquaintance of Mr. Tsont'Ar I suggest you keep it that way. Get too close and you might find yourself in harms way. Dangerous business he is in it seems. Anyway Mr Inirv'E, I apologize for my icy reception. Allow me to properly introduce myself. My name is Mr. Antoil Ro'Talth. Would you care to join me for a moment in the Patron's lounge for a brandy?"

You follow Ro'Talth, Goon 1 and Goon 2 into the patron's lounge. You sit on some large very comfortable leather chairs and a serving girl brings two brandies after Ro'Talth made a simple hand gesture.

"So you say you are on Bryx for business, what kind of business is that Mr. Inirv'E?"
