Title says it all while Barnes and Nobles is doing their Get Pop-Cultured.
If you are looking at specific titles of the New 52 I can give short reviews of a lot of the titles.
Top tier IMO:
Batman Court of Owls, City of Owls story line. It is a new villain to Gotham but totally fits. Art is lovely as well.
Wonder Woman in the new 52 has been a blast I love it.
Green Arrow starting with Vol 4 is pretty good. Lemire's run was pretty good imo.

Action Comics, Bat Girl, Detective Comics, Flash, Aquaman (though individual volumes might go to top tier).
Justice League
Joker: Death of the Family is a pretty good read.
