Swap starts next week. You can buy shards this week. You need a shard at trade in and another once you max it out. Items today are still the old stats. Nothing you don't already have most likely. I plan to stock up some on shards, like 10 or so in preparation for next week. I'm holding some thought for next week since he'll be selling the new exotics and I don't want to be caught short.

The gear is not really worth buying this week, whether you have it or not. Kinda wonder how many folks are gonna buy that stuff...

I go back and forth on if it's worth it. The Titan helm is really good, and with the new exotics being added who knows when or if the updated one will be sold. Worst case imo is you waste 6 coins since you can always break it down later for a shard.

So getting the Symbiote for sure maybe Truth if I can get enough coins, upgrading Icebreaker and Suros with a debate on The Last Word and Thunderlord.

Prob going to pick up the Ruin Wings and level another titan Legendary helmet. Love the heavy Weap ammo perk on those, plus the visual.
Alternately, I may pick up the Symbiote for my hunter, but probably not yet.

Upgrading Suros, Icebreaker, Thunderlord, and The Last Word. I use 3 of those 4 regularly (TLW not so much, but whatever)

yep which is why I'm on the fence on Thunderlord and The Last Word I think I can achieve 3 though even that might be a stretch just know for a fact that I can't do 4.

yeah, thinking I'll skip TLW for now. I have only used it once ever since I am still in love with my 'Devil' HC.

Bought the helmet engram, and actually got the upgraded helm of inmost light for my titan!

Could only afford Icebreaker on the swap.

Bought 3 helmet engrams, got Helm of Inmost Light, Mask of the Third Man and Apothesis Veil, so basically an exotic helmet for each of my offspecs.

Xur-furbished both of my icebreakers, have about enough cash yet to do either The Last Word or Armamentarium, but haven't decided yet.

Bought the new Truth and sharted my old one for 2 exotic sharts.

Also got a cryptard level which yielded 2 purples, that turned into a warlock chest with worse stats than what I've got and an arc fusion rifle, which with murmur is useless, so thanks for nothing cryptard.

Nice that the Warlock are finally getting something new. Going to have to get Patience and Time and hopefully collect enough credits to upgrade Supper Good Advice.

I have been struggling to get above 5k glimmer due to the various upgrades I have been working since release.
My farming tolerance has about a 1 hour limit now, so yeah, maybe next week....

oh I have more than I thought I did might be able to get plan C as well if I do some glimmer farming on exclusion.

I was on at the reset this morning because you know, work paged me. I wouldn't say I was disappointed because my expectations are so low already anyway, but it was a big load of meh.

I bought the new Primary slot Sniper rifle. It is single shot, looks like an old WWII era sniper rifle from Medal of Honor.

I have 2 that I got previously, it sucks balls.

I got this when I opened the 1st chest on the Crota Raid. Dont really like it, might dismantle it.

Bought Last word and upgraded Gjallarhorn before heading to the office since I will be traveling after work.

Looks like Starfire Protocol are going to become the new Voidfang Vestments as that's 2 weeks in a row for them.
