Cuspar told me he was going Titan first.

I'm at about 87% sure I'm going to pick it up now and am leaning warlock to start if I do.

I liked the Warlock, had the most kills out of my friends in the beta strike, but I felt he was too squishy for my crazy playstyle.

Hit level 7, Cuspar asked if I could take a break. So I am going to eat and clear something from my DVR.

Aight... I'm prob gonna go Titan first, since my other buddy rolled a Hunter. I'm not ready to try out a Warlock just yet.

55 minutes 'til I can start heading home!

Sooo, yeah. Good times last night..

Rolled a Titan, leveled to 10. Got to hang with Cusp and Dashl for a good bit.

Dashl and I jumped into Staris' fireteam, but then Staris promptly died from a spider-tank round to the face and then disappeared :woe:

Anyway, still need to fill out our roster..... (looking at you Furiel!)

and Staris.. hopefully we can get teamed up with ya tonight. Is your mic workin?

So sad... you totally missed me and Dashl making you the filling of a dance-sandwich.

It was the most disco-licious thing ever on the first day of the game.

Dashl - Vanguard Armory is the Vanguard Quartermaster at the Shipwright area of the Tower. It apparently opens up @ lvl 10.

I got the Sony Gold Wireless headset today. Sounds great, can't wait to try chat on it.

Cuspar sent me a link about the Vanguard thing, seems it scales to you, I saw on that video a level 5 had gear for his level. Maybe just 5 and 10, I am almost 12 and he only had level 10 on the store.

I should have hit the share button on the dance sandwich. That needed to be saved until the end of time.

I'm jealous.... for now

Also, I invited my buddy to the clan... 'Petmidget' is the name. More-or-less my unofficially adopted twin..... ok not really, but he's my bro-from-a-completely-different-family.

So a round half-light-half-dark ball covered in grey ash-y soot contained in a vacuum wasn't creepy to begin with? :rave:

Also.... why is there full gravity on the moon!?? #detailsareimportant

Even if I had it I wouldn't be able to play til Monday anyway. I'm in work he'll thus week. I'm on dinner break now but I left home at 7 today and I won't be home til after 10 tonight. Tomorrow I have to go in early again and Friday will be consumed with work then cleaning my house so I can party with Cuspar this weekend in Madison Sat and at Lambeau on Sunday. He and I have some talks planned where he is going to try to pressure me into playing. I just would have to go invest in a PS4 first.

I totally didn't price the destiny bundle last night at Best Buy and Amazon. :shifty:

Honestly my biggest concern with jumping in on the fun is my lack of skill at FPS games and shelf life. Meaning that those of you more power gamer types will leave the game just when I'm starting to catch up.

So, we are not worried about the lack of skill. Skill comes with practice, and practice makes perfect.

I do not doubt I will be on this game as long as they keep rolling out content. Obviously there will be gaps, as that is the nature of gaming.

Beyond all that, I think it'd be great (and has been great!) to have All Alvis folks, get together and have fun and tear shit up.

6 man "Alvis-Style" Destiny Raid anyone?? OH HELL YES!

I would say there is a subtle encouragement to make alts and though I have played more then usual I am pretty much 20. so getting you caught up wouldn't be hard.

I found out last night that as long as you have 1 toon at lvl 15 or above, then you can use the alternate sub-classes on your alts from level 1. My warlock I was able to start leveling as a SunSinger or whatever when I figured this out @ lvl 3

Picked up the wireless headset today.. got it home and charging for tonight.

The dude at Gamestop was also nice enough to print up a pre-order Sparrow code for me when I told him I never got one :rave:

Friday-Sunday, weekends only, a vendor appears on the tower. Xur is his name, and you turn the strange coins into him.
