Crisis of Faith

I've got a crisis of faith going on here...I was just given a copy of Skyrim for Christmas. This presents a great moral/philosophical/emotional/otaku dilemma. When SWTOR was released, my productivity went into the corner and shot itself. Now that I've gotten Skyrim, I may have to install a commode under my computer chair! Am I going to have to run SWTOR on my desktop and Skyrim on the laptop next to it? Arrrrgh!

What would Alvis do?

He'd play Skyrim when the SWTOR servers were down.

Crisis Averted!

Apparently, Bethesda thought it would be a good idea to force everyone playing the game to use a right-handed control setup (WASD). "Aha!" you left-handed gamers think..."I'll just rebind all of the controls over to the numpad!" "Not so fast" says Bethesda "No remapping for you - the numpad is reserved. Not that it actually does anything...we're just not going to let you remap any controls. Have a nice day being right-handed."

Anyone want to buy a copy of Skyrim? Installed once - never played...

You actually use a mouse in your left hand? I'm left handed and I find that to be weird.

What's even weirder is that I don't change the button assignments on the mouse (which means my middle finger is clicking Mouse 1). It drives my IT folks nuts when they have to come to my workstation...
