If you pre-ordered the game through Origin that you paid an extra $5.30 for doing so that is not deducted from the retail price?

I chalked it up to the "early access" fee.

Actually, never mind. The 'agent' that I talked to is an idiot and further research brought that it's like Gamestop's pre-order fee, which is deducted from final retail price.
