The $175+ CE box set was not something I was willing to pay. the Deluxe digital download for +$20 of retail I am willing to consider.

If it was an ATak-STak it would totally be worth the extra 100 bucks

Those in-game extras sound spiffy. I just want to start playing the damn game already.

In other exciting news, we're expecting a new squidling in early Jan, so I'm guessing my play time will be limited from then on. I'd like to at least have some play time before I finally get to be a father...

Actually, you will be surprised. I found in the first year, I had TONS of time for TV/Gaming/etc. Babies sleep a lot - so scheduling a specific time may be an issue but time in general may not be...

Upside my computer meets all of those things but the graphics card. The downside is the PC is kind of compact so monkeying around inside to install a better video card would be a pain in the ass.
