2. What is your attraction to the Church of Alvis?

I am IRL friends with Miragel. A lot of the enjoyment from playing an MMO would seem to be rooted in shared experience, and I prefer to share that experience with friends rather than random PUG douchenozzles. I'm looking for a fun, casual guild to blow shit up with. I'm not drunk (yet) but I am most certainly in the mood for some vengeance.

3. Please describe in detail your favorite gaming moment?

Oh lordy... so many. In recent memory, the quest in Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim where you enter a drinking contest with a very friendly guy named Sam Guevenne. You wake up half a subcontinent away from where you started in the middle of a trashed temple with a nun reminding you of your wedding the previous night to the town's prettiest goat. Another one of my fond memories from Skyrim would probably be shanking and then teabagging the corpse of Grellod the Kind in front of a room full of orphans. Robot Hell in Portal 1 also sticks out, along with the awakening of GladOS in Portal 2.

Bolo had beated my ass in duels about 1.49 million times, I finally beat him when I finished my full temp Jedi. I promply teabagged him, screen shot and emailed a copy to everyone on the GTF forums. I also liked provoking the members of RAID because those guys could not take a joke for anything and loved to declare war on EVERYONE! Oh, and I love to streak through Guild Chat naked...A LOT!

Hmm would have to be in BWL (WoW) when we had a glitch and my hunters arrow actually went through 2 walls, hit a mob and killed everyone....ahhh good old blizzard lol

Got to love walls and floors in blizzard dungeons that don't stop your attacks. (Scholo floors...not so blizzard resistant which could even result in my lvl 80 at the time getting stomped)

Well most of my gaming experience is with World of Warcraft before this so I will have to use it as a reference. My guild and I had been trying forever to down a boss as part of our 10 man raid, it was a timed fight and we kept either getting whiped out or hitting the enrage timer. It was really late and we all were tired and grumpy and I was healing which I love to do when we decided to give it one last go. We all were very serious in the middle of the fight when some drunk guy randomly signed into our vent who was a friend of a friend. Slurring his words he asked what we were all doing. Several of us told him to be quiet because we were fighting a boss and the guy shushed himself and said "Kick his ass!" then started quietly singing "Its the Eye of the tiger" in a slurring and very southern accent. We all were laughing so hard all the way to finally beating the boss, after that it became a tradition for someone to have to sing a few lines of Eye of the tiger when we were all getting pissed off at something.

I played with you all back SWG days. I ran with CA cause I like PVP. So I was real happy to find people of scylla here on TOR. Even happier to be able to get on the same server and reconnect.

My most beloved gaming moment was in SWG when I unlocked my extra character slot by unlocking my jedi. I did this unlock after the cu. In the village. I only had to do 2 quests and one of them was the rescue and escort. One of you helped me with the mission who was a master rifleman. It was the hardest quest mission in the game imo. Anyway my unlock was pretty significant to me. It also broke my heart when they broke my game and made my unlock nothing special. I don't remember any other gaming moment that compares to when I unlocked. I hope to have some close to compare in to that with TOR. And BTW I still keep up with whats going on SWGEmu. I like the fact that TOR is what it is. It reminds me alot of the way everquest works. I don't like the fixed camera in TOR.

There are several old friends that I look forward to playing with again, and heard you all were fun. I've been doing everything solo on TOR, and would like to start having some groups to do things with on occasion, along with having an active guild chat.

I used to have a blast making stuff and then selling it to customers or giving them to friends. the sense of community and teamwork are what makes a good mmo so much fun. Vets is my bro. We founded GLF together and became very good friends in the process. Me, him, Myrellia and his wife eventually met up RL at Celebration III in Indianapolis when ROTS came out, and had a great time. Only a true diehard Star Wars fan would name his twin children after characters in the SW movies.

I'm glad he's made the plunge of faith towards Alvis.
