Thanks all. We are 17 hours in and still no baby. Probably another 7 hours to go. I have given up all hope for sleep. If you want to celebrate the future Alvian priestess you can send a check to the "babysitters so Reese can sleep" fund.

The podling host has been given the requisite drugs and is playing spinal tap at 11. I think it's only a short matter of time before the hatchling emerges to feed. I only hope we are all prepared for one more blood Reese in this world.

If your kid can score higher on college entrance exams than my daughter I'll consider allowing a 1st date. But since you cant get higher than a perfect score I guess I won't have to worry.
