Update 12:20pm: In an update to the original story, CW Executive Mark Pedowitz confirmed the star of the show will be Barry Allen. Currently the main character in DC's ongoing comic book series of the same name, this version of The Flash will start as a recurring character on Arrow in the 2013-2014 second season, Pedowitz confirmed.

Cool, didn't know this. I saw some of the Comic Con stuff where it was mentioned a flash movie in 2016, with Batman/(vs?)Superman in 2015 and Justice League in 2017. I know they are going to have the silver age Black Canary on Arrow, with some sort of Red Arrow/Speedy type of thing going to happen.

Dashl how awesome has Arrow been of late? The last two episodes have been amazing and the extended promo for the Suicide Squad is so good.

The people running Marvel Agents of Shield need to learn a few things from watching Arrow. This is how you do a superhero show.
Does "Gotham", the new show Fox is going to do, scare you? Everything I have read about it just looks awful.

Birds of Prey vol 2? In defense of SHIELD, while it has been below Arrow even on Season 1 to Season 1 comparisons (it isn't fair to compare Arrow S2 to Shield S1), SHIELD is getting better. Arrow is better imo, and I have high hopes for Flash, but SHIELD is entertaining and I find myself getting more interested as time goes on.

Shield is better, I just think with the amount of characters they have access to, it could be so much better. Arrow has these "oh shit!" moments, and for the most part Shield has been boring.
Simmons is hot.

Yeah, and I remember that before Smallville, a show was pitched about a young Bruce Wayne, but they shot it down and it bacame Smallville.
