The Church of Alvis

I was doing some DPS testing this morning and it looks like the charges barrel bonus is not being applied. The combat log, floating damage and target dummy health all show only the base damage, not the 30% bonus a full charge should have.

Can anyone confirm? I poked around on the official forums, but didn't find anything conclusive.
