Re: LPDnD: Hazy Shade of Winter
(At the mention of surveillance and sabotage, Syric slightly panicked and just clammed up trying to play the strong silent type to hide his lack of confidence in subterfuge. Now seeing the odd siege weapons, he slips back into his own comfortable skin) "Whaddya think Tony? I'm sure you've already go...

Re: Made a few fixes
Also, I realized a few things 1. I apparently didn't finish the second wall for a good distance towards the end and ran into mobs I wasn't expecting 2. The rail to the temple has no marker or anything to indicate where to stop for it. it's just a hole in the corner that leads to the next rail, I got...

Re: LPDnD: Hazy Shade of Winter
Any hope on Syric's face has turned and changed to discouragement, "A pupil?" Another nibble on the cookie. "Look, I won't argue your logic, my mother used to say something similar, but I can't teach what it is I have" , a sly grin spreading across his face as he continues, "I'm just a special kinda...

Re: LPDnD: Hazy Shade of Winter
"Ah, when I was a boy, you ask? I haven't thought of those days in quite some time. But that was long before I decided to follow Kord. I guess you could say I wasn't drawn to warriors life so much as I was forced into it. My path at the time was a simple one, I was putting one foot in front of the ...

Re: Made a few fixes
Yeah I just built them quick and dirty when I was still going between towns. Occasionally things lined up and I ran the rail into a building for protection. If you take it far enough it will go to my floating desert temple. I don't remember if I built the switch to it or if you have to manually dise...

Re: Made a few fixes
Yeah I patched up the iron farm once but just enough to make it functional, but that was awhile ago it must have gotten hit again since. The rail station worked sporadically for me, thanks for fixing both! The rail East used to actually stop at those places but I kept getting lazy and dying so I thi...

"A warrior who relies on his strength alone is dangerous to be sure, but victory cannot me attained by strength alone. Wisdom is what let's us know where our strength is best applied. @ Syric "Confident are you, but how confident can you really be if the path to your expectations remains hidden?" The Priest says leading you into the church and into a small room in the back where he starts a teapot. "Many followers of Kord have faith that they are the strongest or fastest, but ra...

"You seem like an old soul, who worries about his place in the battle. You have great expectations for yourself, but are unsure if you can meet them. Care to talk about it with an old priest?" He smiled. "I have tea and cookies, if that tempts you." Syric smiles broadley at the old priest, "Sure, I...

Syric, Once finished with the distraction known as "gravy and biscuits" looks around to see he is left alone with Stavis, busy with his nose in the pages of the ritual books He double checks his medallion to ensure it was in the correct place before heading out, stopping to ask Stavis if he needed a...
